Those who accept the challenge will be walking through some of the city’s most iconic communities. Together, we will wind our way through 21 km of Toronto with a heartfelt stop at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre along the way. Every dollar supports life-saving cancer research, and we’ll be with you every step of the way.

Team Captains or team members are able to pick up kits on behalf of other team members. Please ensure team members for whom you are picking up for have completed their Online Check-In before you arrive. When you arrive, please inform PMCF staff which team members you are picking up for. Teams of ten (10) or more participants may also request to have their kits pre-packed by contacting [email protected] by Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

Friends and family can watch participants at cheer stations and can join in alongside friends and family to walk the last 100 metres together.
Note: Food, beverages and other event services are for registered participants only.

Important Details
- There will be water stations and refreshments along the route but remember to bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated every step of the way.
- And don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable shoes, and anything else you might need to get through the half-marathon challenge.
- Medical assistance will be available at Harbourfront Centre and the lunch pit stop. Roaming medical personnel are available throughout the route. Please call the non-emergency line listed on your name tag for assistance.
